​I grew up in Australia near Perth and studied Psychology and Psychophysiology (B.Sc.) at Swinbourne University of Melbourne. It always interested me how people lived, what they understood as being the meaning of life and how they gathered resilience in tough times. 

​

After my Degree, I came to Germany where I worked for several years, first in a large multinational company in Frankfurt in the HR Developmental Department, also as one of the managers in that company, and then in a medical rehabilitation center doing therapeutic interventions, psychotherapy and lectures on stress etc.

​

I began freelancing over 10 years ago so I could reach out to more people who needed psychological support, where I began focusing on helping people deal with interpersonal problems at work, in organizations or at home and develop their true potential.

Its not just the years of work experience that has helped me be so successful. During the years following university, I did a myriad of trainings and seminars, in order to keep up with the newest methods and maximize the amount of professional psychological techniques I have on offer. My focus has always been on bringing out true potential in my clients, increasing awareness and opening a space to the possibility of living a fruitful and fulfilling life.

I work with grown-ups in all stages of life and use an integral approach, which means that I don´t limit myself to one type of therapy. I consider insights from psychology, philosophy, spirituality and science enabling us (you and me) to address multiple perspectives at once.
